Thank you for supporting my art and considering an original painting for your collection. Each painting is an individually created work, and I want you to feel confident when purchasing from my shop.

Returns

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact me within 14 days of delivery to discuss a return.

To be eligible for a return, the painting must be in its original condition, with no damage or alterations occurring after delivery. Please contact me before sending any item back, as returns must be approved in advance.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

I take care to package each painting securely for shipment. However, damage can occasionally occur during transit.

If your painting arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and clear photographs of the painting, packaging, and any visible damage.

I will review the situation and work with you to arrange an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, repair where practical, or refund, depending on the circumstances.

Please retain the original packaging until the matter has been resolved, as it may be needed for a shipping claim.

Refunds

Once an approved return has been received and inspected, I will notify you of the outcome.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.

Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to damage, an incorrect item, or another circumstance requiring a refund under applicable law.

Original Artwork

Each original painting is unique. Minor variations in color or appearance may occur between photographs and the physical artwork due to lighting, photography, and individual screen settings.

Please review the product photographs, dimensions, medium, and description carefully before purchasing.
